DepyDog, just kidding you, hope you don't mind but the formula for determining the number of chairs (x) is:

x=(k-1)-(k*m)

where k=whatever number of chairs you think there are and m=the number of yuppie mutual fund managers ready to drop this puppy the minute they figure out this stock might go down also.
