small cap play, should also see their sales and earnings pick up dramatically in the second half of the year. By the time the
improved results are seen by investors the stocks will have already been bid up to lofty valuations (historically semiconductor
stocks with earnings momentum get premium multiples), which is why investors should start building selective positions at
current levels.
