As far as going on to NASDAQ my understanding is that the criteria is basically met. Once the merger of Vianet (post acquisition of Develcon) the company would conform to NASDAQ listing criteria. I am told that the listing criteria for the TSE which Develcon has been listed for several years is very similar to NASDAQ.
