Leslie: Regarding upturn today, this is copy of what I had posted on yahoo thread. 1. There are increasingly frequent rumors that USAI deal will not go through. It seems to have hit a roadblock with CMGI holding 20% of LCOS vote and disgruntled shareholders holding the bulk of the rest. Stock should run up in the coming week. 2. Another rumor has LCOS in deal talks with another company as a partnership or as a buyout in lieu of the soon-to-fail USAI deal. CMGI is one of the companies, but apparently there are other talks which somehow do not go against the many clauses of the USAI contract. 3. TMCS buyout of Cityauction is going through its final stages and is getting some interest. Cityauction is a localized-type of EBAY. Could start smaller, but it has huge potential. All these are developments that occured today. I spent several hours on the telephone gathering information. However, please keep in mind, that these are rumors. Whether true or not, you will never hear them from the corporate investor relations depts. While they are probably accurate, none of them are 100% fact.
