Suzanne, Rob Gordon is worth every penny and every share he can manage to keep. When I advise my clients, I suggest they structure to keep everything they can while they work to accomplish their company goals. Often this means they will give up a lot anyway in the process, as they recognize that good talent or otherwise unavailable financing require it. Let him keep what he can...we will be getting more than we imagine anyway. As far as someone being worth a three to four hundred thousand dollar salary... based on what seems to be coming about...I have a lot of clients that have earned more and have done a lot less. WJMT
