I don't think it's window dressing. I used to work for parent PKS and I regret that I didn't stay for their own privately held stock which made a brother of mine a lot of money. They did it once already with MFS communications, so when LVL3 hit the bulletin I bought in the high 30's about a year ago. Well, it climbed above 80 and split just below that, and now it's back again. The management team at PKS has turned numerous things into winners. I expect it to continue, plus they have cash to burn.
