UNC did this a lot. It's what separates a great team from a very good team: the ability to focus on the job at hand. Saying a "win is a win" is fine, but when we try to classify and rank teams it's how much they won by and who they beat. This is largely the reason why Duke was considered so good. They beat teams by an average of 24.7 ppg this year, and played a very tough schedule.
