This was found in the last news release. Is it safe to say the outstanding shares are 10,000,000 or is this just the shares that were returned? I could not find any insider trades. Trico was sold back to the original owners in a stock transaction, which returned to the treasury Ten Million (10,000,000) shares of common stock. In connection with the sale of Trico all of the previous Directors resigned after appointing Gregory as a Director. Gregory elected himself President and William J. Flannery as Secretary of the Company. Why is CSCA down 22% today? Is this a shakeout & time to buy?
