Yes, John, there is something missing--the little matter of $70,000 or so to get the processor up and running. Costs include training operators, replacing seals and testing equipment, purchasing waste oil, and waiting up to 10-14 days after fuel is sold for monies from the sale. The cash covers operating costs for the first 4-6 weeks or so. Alas, nobody has the $70,000, and no conventional loan source will loan anything to GRNO under the present circumstances. If you know of an unconventional source, I'm sure Bill would like to hear from you. =+=+=Norm
