Kevin, if someone wants to take the action, you can short any stock; this happens to be even truer amongst Canadian brokerage houses where there are much fewer restrictions in this regard. Hell, you can short BB stocks under 50 cents a share. That said, right or wrong, I think you'd have to have balls of iron to short any player in this space where consolidation is just one of a confluence of driving forces. This is particularly truer for the inexpensive ( relative to its peers ) Highway in light of the Reuters article. One wonders how many people worldwide are catching a glimpse of AHWY, perhaps for the first time tonight and tomorrow morning, and see an oppt'y to participate in a chance of a lifetime, perhaps, also for the first time. L
