SEC Chm Arthur Levitt Speech, mentioned by WEB I just got help from the SEC as I couldn't find it: sec.gov Warren Buffett recommended reading it, in his last AR. Sorry, if this was posted before. The search (earnings ADJ management) AND Levitt AND (September ADJ 28) would turn it up. ADJ = "ADJacent to"; it is a useful connector for forming two-word phrases. We are working to replace the search engine with something more user-friendly, but you can get useful information out of the current product if you use very careful syntax.
