Brian,
I found in 10Q reference to IRS audit of 95 & 96 Fed income tax returns. Wonder if restatement of 98 has anything to do with scrutiny in tax area. Apart from potential problem in tax area, market share and leadership seem strong along with growth of market. If problems are contained to supply chain inventory imbalance (long lead time encouraging filing channel, new capacity results in thinning of reserves) this proble could resolve itself in 1 qtr. Thoughts?
