David,

In my speculative opinion I feel that there is a chance that we could see a slow but steady growth for CBM if the Discover Canada Web Site opportunity is able to attract formidable vacation excursions and attractions/partners!

Once I see the planned restructured Discover Canada Site go live and in actual operation then hopefully that will provide another component to evaluate the CBM Possibilities!

It is somewhat more difficult to respond being a long time shareholder of CBM I would like to see good things happen after this long waiting period.

It may also be no more then wishful thinking on my part---but at this point in time I am speculating that CBM is on the turnaround track and hopefully I will see some results of that potential turnaround in the not to distant future. JMO!

I would like to say thatI'm jumping up and down and that everything is looking Rosy----but I have been around the horn too many times in the junior penny stock zone to be running around with Rose coloured glasses!

Here are some positiives that I feel that CBM has going for it!

Potential Internet/Travel affiliation!

As best that I can tell zero debt and about a hundred thousand dollars in the bank!

Land lease holdings in rthe ADP!

Gold lease prospects in Chile that I have been told are drill ready!

I also have kept in touch with the management over the years to me they seem prudent with company funds and appear to have a mature professional approach and to me showed some vision by redirecting their focus and efforts into a higher profile sector
namely on the internet online travel sector!

The number of shares issued is also palatable in my opinion!

Well there's my opinion!--I realize that I still may be in a very small minority that feels that CBM has a chance for a solid future--howevr if I did not feel positive about my speculative chances in CBM then I would divest of my shares!

I did read Mr. Kaiser's article--I think I will let everyone decide for themselves what they felt the message was that he conveyed!

I have noticed that you have participated in some very intense discussion boards with some high profile posters--I think that you will most likely find my response to your question to be very elementary comparedto what you are usually exposed to!

Since you asked I am speculating that CBM will be trading at significant higher share price levels by the end of 1999! Good things take time--I like the slow and steady business building block process!
JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
