I spoke to flodyie, he understands the dilemma that his post caused, under 20-20 hindsight he understands how anything to do with peoples "homes" is pretty much a "should never happen" category. I believe that the he was gathering information and posting, he was not editing, just gathering and conveying. He could have filtered the post out, but it simply slipped by. The new revelations on CYOE were coming fast right then...the heat of the hunt. Obviously, flodyie, is curious and supportive to the CFO who was canned due to his refusal to sign off on crimially doctored financial reporting.

The dilemma is that the penality is pretty harsh, it could have been just an extended jail sentence. I think it should still be just suspension. It also makes me wonder how this can be SI's approach, if they attempt to control content and posters, they are in effect accepting potential liablity. I hope that SI Bob will reconsider. I am forwarding this post to him.
