Technically oversold stocks whose OBV are flat despite the dramatic decline in price: CPWR CYMI ITWO MRK Range bound stock at the low end of the range MMM ( lower range 70, upper 80). This is a technical screen only. Has anyone else noticed that the DOW and COMPX are bumping up against their new highs while the 30 year bonds and the DJUA moved in opposite today. The DJ and DJTA looks to confirm new highs but the DJUA is moving down in the other direction. Not good in my book.
