You are prejudging the Creatrix deal. Lots of German companies have been going bankrupt, a tough economy. They paid $4 MM for a company that was going with $43MM sales, right? $63MM debt - is this really very much, I don't know. The US market is stale (for Boca), boca already has a lot of world distribution. Strategically if the plan is to get big they have to make a push sometime. Maybe X2 will generate excitement for the other modem makers using Rockwells chip. Boca was first of these to come out, earlier, and maybe can get preferential distribution (pie-in-the-sky hope!). Anyway everybody know how ugly the next balance sheet will be (WHERE IS IT?) so maybe it will get colored on its positives. Greg.
