FYI, I'll be meeting with BDLS in Kansas City today. UCSI closed it's first quarter---excellent results for thin clients. Wyse continued to be excellent, NCD, and IBM picked up steam and Boundless held steady. Overall it was as expected. Second quarter I expect about a 50% increase in thin clients. Generally------second quarter is good---third quarter good--and fourth quarter excellent. This year I expect continued growth and excellent quarters. Since UCSI is only one company in distribution of these products---the best!!----I think this is a good indicator that things are happening. My magical ball tells me all the vendors will do well. In 1998 UCSI did very well---with most thin clients as "ICA". Microsoft has started to ramp up for terminal server and CITRIX is really active. That's good news for everyone. I'm sure that each of us has reasons why we buy stock and sometimes we get our up and down stocks. I have been up on Boundless for over two years----and the stock has been down-----however---I'm still up and the stock is still down. If you look at the market that started in 1995 (thin client) ever manufacturer has had to WAIT for something. (Microsoft slowed things alot---Citrix kept moving forward but was limited to Microsoft/CITRIX contract---etc. etc. etc.) This will continue in many areas but we now are at the top (tip) of the mountain and we shall see it easier from now on. Boundless should do well. Positive things happen to positive people----generally and most of the time---or at least my life has been that way. You all have a great day and GOD Bless BIG "O"
