I am not negative, I am a realist. My points are based on research. I have to disagree with you on points 2 and 5. 2) Who is your friend and what proof does he have that the product is flying off the shelves? I have checked with the 2 of 3 largest Computer product distributors and they have yet to receive one drive. As a matter of fact they keep pushing back the receiving dates. Also Syquest said they were shipping in volume in Jan and now their doing it again?! 5) Syyquest has a current ratio of less than 1, which is terrible. THe quick ratio is even worse. Basically this means the company is going to have trouble running its day to day operations. It is going to be very difficult for them to expand their production of the Syjet without a cash infusion. I believe the stocxk went up for one fo the following reasons 1) The company is going to be bought out. (Great!) 2) Momemtum investors have jumped in because of the news from Syquest today. If this is the case watch out the stock will fall just as hard by the end of next week or even earlier.
