I, and the majority agree with you. The company should be more concerned about the feelings and perceptions of indivdual shareholders and prospective shareholders, vs the feelings of a paid promoter.

The bottom line is SI and other sites like this were designed so investors had a place to share opinions. As an investor, there is no alterior motive or hidden agenda. As a Paid Promoter, the rules are different. This site and others like it were designed for the individual, not the promoter, yet here we have a paid promoter who....if you can believe this, is now using this forum to accuse individuals of affecting the share price of a stock. Imagine that...somebody that gets paid to move a Co.'s share price and has the power via subscriber numbers, to do it.....is now accusing of individuals of manipulating share price.

I tell you what....every time I think I have seen it all with these folks, they just continue to pop up with more garble.

Here is what I suggest.......This guy wants to play like a kid in a snadbox.....maybe we should accomodate him. I suggest each and every person contact SOWK, and all his other clients and let them know the truth.....do exactly as he wishes...I mean that. If you think an individual has stopped you from buying or an individual has caused this share price o tumble ( kind of funny, since there wasn't a thing said until AFTER this stock hit .30 and AFTER shareholders saw the way it was being promoted ) then by all means...call SOWK, call every one of his clients and let them know. On the other hand...if you didn't buy, or had reservations about a certain promoter, then you should let them know that as well........

The truth is plain and simple...and the numbers will proove this 100% and without doubt....serious investors stay away from Co's being promoted in this manner. IMHO, the promoter on this issue handled himself in an unprofessional, immature manner and failed miserably in gaining investor confidence.

But for once, I wholeheartedly agree with this promoter...I think all his clients should be aware as to how the individual investor feels. His clients have every right to know what the consensus opinion of the investor is...if that consensus opinion is one that an individual has caused their business to fail miserably, then they will now know this. If the consensus opinion is one that a promoter did such a poor job, and caused people to head for the exits...then they should know that as well.

Personally, If I was a business with a promoter acting this way, I would not only terminate my contract, but I would seek legal counsel to detrmine if damaging misrepresentation occured. But thats just my opinion on what I would do if it were my business and a promoter was acting a certain way....what do I know ?
