Gary, I just started using A.B. Watley a few months ago. When I started, I talked to customer service (very helpful), who recommended that I use ISLD whenever possible. I am a momentum trader, and make about 5-10 "roundtrips" a day. I only get a partial fill about one out of 100 trades (none this week or last). I only buy about $10,000 worth per trade, so almost all of my trades are for 1000 shares or less. Are you trading more then 1000 shares at a time? Maybe I have very few problems because of my low volume, or maybe I have just been lucky. Jim
