My short-term target is $32 based on the following reasons:
1. Technically, it has been over sold since 3 weeks again.
2. Cuurent PE is not so high compared to its growth rates.
3. When it went down, a lot of good news has been ignored.
For example, ATM contract with China's Ministry of
Post and Telecom (MPT). The MPT is not similar to a Department
in US government. It is almost monoply like AT&T a couple
years ago. Also think that market can go very fast as
cellular phone started from 3 years ago.
4. Backlog order is not so much meaningful for switch makers. You
can find arguments in Fore's 10Q
5. CEO sell? You may also want to lock profit (limit loss) that when seeing your stock goes down. I don't thinks the CEO or VPs of
a company can always see the their stock value, especially in the short-term.
