Paul - not sure what you're talking about concerning me there - I have no problem with real estate stocks, especially REITs for the dividend today. Might want to take another look at Tejon Ranch (TRC) - I haven't looked at it for a long time, but the price is back down to where I bought it 2 years ago, and Marty Whitman is trying to talk it up again. I'm not sure if there is some new catalyst there, or if something is going wrong, so this is by no means a recommendation. I'm not so motivated to look at things I can't buy professionally at a time when I am defiantly boycotting the stock market personally. JJC
