A little note to add to the newsrelease is that the 1996 annual report lists the number of shares out higher then Canada stockwatch at 43,107,355 shares.
To add it all up this should come to 43,107,355 + 13,300,000 + 2,000,000( the over allotment portion ) + 3,300,000 ( to First Marathon ) = 62,007,355 shares
As I believe there are still warrants outstanding for 3.1Million shares, I think from now on a safe number to use in calculations is 65Million shares. I hope that this is it for dillution for a while!!
