VERNON, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Brazil is moving ahead as planned, recent discussions with our Brazilian joint-venture partner confirm positive discussions with local and international wood processors for the purchase of all recovered wood from the project.

Aquatic Cellulose has created a new web site www.aquaticcellulose.com and should be up and running within the next 24 hours. This will allow the investors to view their Brazil Project as it unfolds with updated photos and project information. Aquatic C ellulose realizes the importance of the internet as a marketing and information tool and will endeavor to utilize it to its full potential.
