Fez: I don't think Rollins would go to HWP. He is helping DELL make history and is already compensated better than most high tech CEOs. IMHO, HWP stock options would not appreciate that quickly. DELL is better by design and has exciting growth prospects. I also have noticed that in the last year Rollins has recruited some Bain talent to come to DELL. I doubt he would leave them now.
