Here's the Delia/I-turf math:

Each share of DLIA will have .8 shares of I-Turf imbedded in it. So Iturf at 60 would imply 48 of value for DLIA, less some discount (say 40%) gets you 28-30 of I-Turf, plus whatever the rest of DLIA is worth (maybe 10), implies high 30's if I-Turf trades 60.
