Thanks everyone for defining "BBN" for me.

I have another question I would like to throw out for some ideas. I would like to trade from work, but my firm uses a firewall. I've been told that cybertrader will frequently disconnect b/c "the class c ports are blocked."

I'm trying to get a phone line installed, but even if i'm successful, i will be limited to 56k. Does anyone believe i can effectively trade using a 56k line? Most traders, i would think, are at 128k (ISDN) to 1.5 mbps (T1). Isn't 56k financial suicide?

Any other ideas?
