Hi Don, I'm not so sure DAD issuing 23.5% p.a. notes to acquire trucks is such a great idea for a company that is so cash poor. Why couldn't they they be using using independent carriers to handle the distribution? No big cash outlay or 23.5% financing charges. Have you heard anything on the other lines they are licensed to produce? i.e. Cadburys and Weight Watchers. Are they producing anything yet? Or will they be missing the 1999 Ice Cream season on these brands? I do not hold any shares in DAD at the moment. What I've seen lately in terms of being able to generate 1) + ve operating cash flow and 2) near term profitability scares me off in a big way. John
