Something odd about Valueline. The 3-26-99 expanded edition of Valueline has PGNS as 1,4 (very timely!) at a price of $ 39 ( and a P/E of NMF).
The 4-2-99 expanded edition of Valueline has PGNS as 1,4 (very timely!) at a price of $ 11 ( and a P/E of 31.4).

Obviously a stupid computer is doing this! If it is very timely at $ 11, then it is definitely not timely at $ 39 (what a crash!).

Now PGNS has entered a trading range between $ 11 and $ 14.
