Dear jwk: Well, if we get "cobbled up" I would suspect that a huge premium would be paid for the stock. I cannot see it going for anything under $15 a share so that would make most of you happy. I personally would rather it not happen until at least we are earning $1 or more a share with revenue above 200MM both of which I expect to occur during the upcoming fiscal year. I have held this stock too long and had too much heartache over it to accept any less. JDN
