I think it is interesting that FORE says they will report earnings on April 22. To me that implies that as of this point, any deal would not be announced until then. Of course nothing prevents an earlier deal. It just makes more sense to make any merger announcement coincide with the year end and quarterly results announce. Maybe it's an indication that the deal is not a "done deal" just yet.
