Microphonics Current Contract
Summary

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1999--The
following represents contracts that are already in place with
Microphonics (OTC BB:MRPS - news) for the year 1999 and beyond.

Ford US 6553 A07 units placed at Ford dealerships throughout
the U.S. When completed, the contract will have
brought in excess of 1.4K to Microphonics.

Ford Europe 9700 A07 units sold through SPX. When completed, the
contract will have brought in excess of 2.1K to
Microphonics.

F&M Mafco 1000 111RCK units. When completed, the contract will
have brought in excess of 1.4K to Microphonics.

NASCAR Our contract with NASCAR, which is purchasing
multiple 111RCK units, along with purchases by ARKA,
Busch Series & Truck Series is leading to multiple
purchases from numerous team & automotive dealers
who want to use what the big boys use.

Jud-Tech
Inspections 50 units purchased to date. This ongoing contract
will bring in excess of $500,000 to Microphonics
over the next 12 - 18 months.

General
Motors
Blanket
P.O. This gives Microphonics approved vendor status,
which allows Microphonics to call on G.M. Plants
throughout North America, along with simplifying the
purchasing process. We have already delivered in
excess of $60,000 worth of units and have
appointments with nine more plants over the next 90
days. Following training, we expect these plants to
purchase multiple units.

With the margins we are able to maintain, these contracts and open purchase orders insure that 1999 will be profitable for Microphonics. We also expect to be adding to these contracts, along with signing
on distributors on a regular basis and will keep our shareholders well informed.
