FutureOne, Inc. Announces Adding to Senior Management Staff in Contemplation of Nasdaq Filing
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1999--FutureOne, Inc. (OTC BB:FUTO - news), www.futureone.com, announced today that as a result of their expansion and growth, they have created a new senior management position.
This is part of FutureOne's positive progress to acquire experienced leadership to support their plans to apply for listing on the Nasdaq Small Cap market.
Gail M. Northern has joined the company as Director of Human Resources. Northern holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University. Most recently Northern was the Clerk and Auditor of San Juan County, Utah. In this elected position she had direct responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Election Official and Clerk to the County Commission, and was involved with personnel management and planning for the county.
Northern brings experienced leadership to support FutureOne's growth. Her position includes managing all phases of Human Resources, including the implementation and management of employer benefits programs for FutureOne and all its operating divisions. As pat of the senior management team, she will be involved in planning the Human Resource needs necessary to help accomplish FutureOne's goal in becoming a leader in Internet and related technology. FutureOne continues to make forward progress in acquiring synergistic technology-related companies to position itself as a multi-service communications provider and Northern is an asset to the team of experienced management which FutureOne is assembling to support its expansion.
