Someone just plugged the semi's in general and CY in particular on CNBC (Weds a.m about 10:15 ET). Says that it has a good deal of upside. Is this just the typical cyclical "upgrade all the dogs now that semi's are swinging back into favor"? I've made $ in CY before, but only when I buy near yearly lows and hold for a while. Seems like it's the last to move in the semi's. In fact, when it's moving, you can be sure that the entire sector is ok. -John
