Dear jwk: IF TAVA were to be acquired the street would have nothing to do with valuation. If it were done properly (to avoid lawsuits etc) a firm which specializes in business valuations would be hired. They would take into consideration, current earnings, future potential, growth rates, gross revenue and how it would fit into the acquirees program (Ie opportunity to cross sell services), national and international footprints, any unbooked assets (such as the data base) etc etc to arrive at a FAIR valuation. JDN
PS: I dont know about the + as dont know which service you are using.
PSS: I have PERSONAL experience in these matters having assisted many times in business evaluations and know of what I speak.
