Bob, I am still wondering when the AGs are going to come back into the picture..

The two main parts of the settlement might have been violated. First, they are obviously still soliciting for new subscibers, regardless how unsuccessful they may be.

Secondly, their refund policy now looks real suspicious. Has anyone actually received a check yet? Anyone that asked for a refund please post experience. If they keep charging subscribers, via their credit cards, after the subscribers have already cancelled, this is going to be another fraud charge.

At this rate, the class action from subscriber and the class action from shareholders may be the least of their worries. May be there will be criminal fraud charges coming up.

I was not aware that all the insiders have sold the majority of their shares. Bob, I don't think it matters whether it is the first time that it has been publicized or not, the announcement now is sure going to hurt.

Can't wait to see what Case is going to say. There is only one person I know that is better in dodging bullets - Bill Clinton.
