Dear jwk: ce. So, they reallycouldn't be taken over at these bargin prices. Right? RIGHT. Plus, unless they wanted to effect an unfriendly takeover they would want the Board approval. And if the Board agreed to some ridiculously low price not based upon a business valuation I personally would sue JJ, the Board, the buyers, the attorney, the broker and any other son of a bitch involved. AND I WOULD WIN because I have served as Expert Witness in this stuff before. JDN
