<Don't be so quick to call NATO's efforts a failure. If you accept the fact that the slob Milosevic had massed troops on the border of Kosovo and was ready for the ethnic cleansing of Kosovo, then we acted very quickly in an attempt to stop them.>
NATO and the US have been watching Milosevic for a long time, we've even threatened him a number of times before. Unfortunately we backed down and we didn't keep our word. I think the US and NATO must be tough and clear about what they're doing.

<Bombings didn't work in Vietnam, which was a more agricultural society. But, in a more industrial Yugoslavia, bombing can have a devastating effect. If you doubt this, ask the Serbs!>
The refugees are doing to have to back there too. By not being better prepared we allowed Milosevic to accomplish what he sit out to do, namely kill and destroy everything he felt like.

We already decided to get involved. We should have enough will to continue until he's handed over to the UN. This shouldn't be up for negotiation.
