What's up with this company?? They recently attended that convention (last month right?) to display their wares.

Any results?

I don't hold the stock, but I know someone who does and he is kinda curious as to whether this is vaporware and a "shaker" stock play, or is their something of substance.

They really could do well to document how their software was able to vastly improve San Diego's management of utiliites. Maybe they should do a video and stream it up on the net for potential investors to view.

Very difficult to get my arms around this stock until filings are out there and they have a list of customers for their software product.
