Re: split strategy.
I think that CMGI would want to keep the stock price in 50-100 price range, thus being attractive for wide range of investors including institutional ones. CMGI wants to get into more funds and trusts. After the upcoming split in May CMGI will most probably be still above 100.
On another note I think LCOS issue will also dictate whether CMGI will need additional shares outstanding or not.
