It's not really fair to compare the CEO of a small company like CSCC with Gates or Buffet - guys who have $millions of cash on hand. As I recall from the original CSCC propectus (I bought at IPO, took 20%, and kicked myself in the rear), Wu Fu Chen took almost no salary for two years prior to IPO. Deshpande took little. It would seem to me to be entirely appropriate to take some cash at regular intervals. That's why these guys work the 15 hour days. JR
