They only have four -- count 'em, 4! -- employees so they contract out IR services. I've called several times and every time the contractor, who seems to be a one-man band, is out. He leaves the machine on, for those who like talking into tape recorders. I'm not impressed. It's a rinky-dink operation. Getting out o' here.
