SHAL - After the third IPO shareholders to get 1 share for every 5 they own if they are shareholders as of specific date... To get SLNN shares you would have had to purchase SHAL on or befor 1/3/99..... Also is expecting NASDAQ (big board) listing in Oct. 99.....
