If the Moslem Kosovars prefer to be citizens of Albania rather than Serbia, let them move to Albania. The borders have always been open.
Civilized people who would prefer to be citizens of a different country simply get up and immigrate to that country; they don't pickup arms and start murdering their neighbors in terrorist attacks simply because their neighbors are Christians.
Remember, it was our State Dept. who only last year classified the KLA(Kosovar Liberation Army) as a terrorist organization.
