ORCL..... i don't think there is a downgrade coming....but what do i know. i read somewhere that right after the earnings report, one analyst, who saw the revenue shortfall coming, kept his recommendation at outperform.....and kept his price target. i think it would be more likely to see an upgrade. also, i remember people telling me to buy ORCL at 22 or whatever it was over a year ago after that big drop.....i didn't...and it headed up to 50 and split..... CPWR....same thing here....i have always wanted to start a long-term position in this stock....but it always kept on going up.....17 is a GREAT place to start one.....
