I am not so sure this is great news, in fact I'm not so sure that this press release tells us anything at all that we didn't already know. The RegD 504 stock sale simply allows them to sell enough stock to raise up to $1mill without registering with the SEC. You can check this out at sec.com. This means that there are an additional 10-15mil share out there. Hopefully they will not get dumped soon.
