I have implemented a new general message filtering feature

I'd like to see "by thread filtering." For example, say userid BlowHard has informative posts on one stock that you follow (say LU), but is psycho on another you follow (say, CSCO). I'd like to be able to exclude BlowHard on CSCO but still see his posts on LU.
