IAUS inside info . . . my info comes from many hours of research, phone calls, and a visit to cute American Fork Utah. I have spoken with Neldon's son frequently, the marketing people, and other (Utah)local investors in IAUS. First, neither the man nor the company is allowed to legally outright lie. He honestly thinks he has DWM. Now the question is . . . if he has it can it be applied to current systems including telephone, internet, modems, etc . . . I do not know this, he claims that DWM will be a chip that everyone will have to use or get passed by the competition. Digital is big, that means no cackle or interference on portable phone lines. I am rambling. Neldon claims that by modulating a wave a vertain way that he can make 18,000 radio stations out of one. Now here is the dilema again . . . he has this great technology but will the FCC allow him or others to implement it. A modem that does 6.2 millions bits per second could put US Robotics out of business (among others Fore, goodbye ATM) if they do not license the chipset from IAUS. This is big, very big. Okay as for the ten for one split. This is because Neldon has been losing money for quite some time and many local investors and neighbors floated his company money. He is appreciative and is trying to milk this situation as long as he can so that anyone who wants in can. Sidenote here is that in my research I found out that Neldon is a big time researcher for BYU and yes you to can tie his name to Wave Modulation by a quick phone call to BYU's Electrical Engineering DEpt. The ten for one split will also attract mutual funds who want to nibble at this. My big question is that if he has what he says he has than why wouldn't AT@T, whom legitimately tried to buy him out, simply buy all the shares they can? I do not know. But I am in for only what I can lose . . . as you should be too. Think about it about the patents . . . if you could see them now . . . than everyone would be in and the stock would be bidded up and up. DWM is a major telecommunications revolution if it is applicable.
