FDX to announce e-commerce pact today: Wednesday April 7, 10:38 am Eastern Time CHICAGO, April 7 (Reuters) - Federal Express parent FDX Corp. said it will announce on Wednesday a major e-commerce agreement with a leading technology company. An FDX spokeswoman said the announcement would come shortly but declined to provide details. Shares of Memphis, Tenn.-based FDX were trading up 2-3/16 to 101-5/8.
