Jill, I would be concerned about Compaq and HP's revenues as well. They are not the high growth in Revenues and EPS types. I am always concerned going into earnings season with these two. I think Intel and MSFT will do surprise to the upside, again. These two blew away estimates last quarter while others barely met their EPS targets. Based upon your post, maybe there was no recent leak since Merrill comments apply to both HP and CPQ. I would bet they are channel stuffing with Pentium IIIs to get close to their earnings estimates--which might cause problems going forward into next quarter.
